If you wish to stop using the official App of the Taipei International Breast Cancer Symposium and request the deletion of your account and related personal information, you may submit a request by email to the official TIBCS customer service.

Account Deletion Request Procedure

1. Please send an email to the official customer service email address: tibcs@tibcs.org.tw
2. Please use the following subject line: “Taipei International Breast Cancer Symposium Official App – Account Deletion Request”
3. In the email, please provide the necessary information to verify your account identity, such as the name and email address used for registration, so that we can verify your account and the identity of the requester.
4. Upon receiving your request, the official customer service team will verify the account and the identity of the requester and review the deletion request.
5. Once the request has been verified and approved, we will proceed with the deletion of the account and related personal information.

To protect the security of your account and personal information, we may request additional necessary information before processing the deletion request to verify that the requester is the account holder.

6. Handling of Information After Account Deletion

After the account deletion process is completed, we will delete personal information associated with the account that is no longer necessary to be retained, including account information, name, email address, and other personal information directly associated with the account.

Once the account and related information have been deleted, they cannot be restored.

If certain information must be retained due to applicable laws and regulations, requirements of competent authorities, information security purposes, dispute resolution, or other legally required or necessary reasons, we will retain such information only for the period required by law or for as long as necessary. After the applicable retention period expires, the information will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

關於帳戶及個人資料的刪除
若您希望停止使用「台北國際乳癌研討會專屬APP」，並要求刪除您的帳戶及相關個人資料，可透過電子郵件向台北國際乳癌研討會官方客服提出申請。

帳戶刪除申請步驟：

(1) 請寄送電子郵件至官方客服信箱：tibcs@tibcs.org.tw

(2) 信件主旨請註明：「台北國際乳癌研討會專屬APP－帳戶刪除申請」。

(3) 信件內容請提供可供確認帳戶身分之必要資訊，例如註冊時使用的姓名及電子郵件地址，以利我們確認帳戶及申請人身分。

(4) 官方客服收到申請後，將進行帳戶及申請人身分確認與審核。

(5) 經確認申請無誤後，我們將進行帳戶及相關個人資料之刪除作業。

為保護您的帳戶及個人資料安全，我們可能於執行刪除前要求您提供必要資訊，以確認申請人確為帳戶本人。

關於帳戶刪除後的資料處理

完成帳戶刪除程序後，我們將刪除與該帳戶相關且無繼續保存必要之個人資料，包括帳戶資料、姓名、電子郵件地址及其他與帳戶直接關聯之個人資料。

帳戶及相關資料刪除後將無法復原。

如部分資料因相關法律法規、主管機關要求、資訊安全、爭議處理或其他依法應保存之原因而有保留必要，我們將僅於法定或必要期間內保留相關資料，並於保存期限屆滿後予以刪除或進行去識別化處理。
